Principal Sandra Kuhn says that students training at Centre Stage Dance Studios are given every opportunity to train to their fullest potential. For some, it may be better posture, improved co-ordination, fitness, or an appreciation for the arts. For others, it may mean working towards being a professional dancer, teacher, or other dance related career. Sandra herself has tertiary, professional performance, parental and 30 years teaching experience, and has a staff of teachers with a wealth of knowledge to pass on to eager students.

Many Centre Stage students go on to further their training, currently, Centre Stage has a former student dancing with the Australian Ballet Company in Melbourne, Evie Ferris, and her younger sister Ella Ferris was training at The Australian Ballet School. Ty Disher has completed his full-time training in Melbourne with Christine Walsh at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, and Brittany Colclough has completed her Diploma of Dance at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, and also graduated from Victorian College of Arts Secondary School (VCASS). Sofie Girgenti graduated from Brent Street Studios, Sydney, Chloe Archer has graduated from ED5 International in Sydney and Sarah Callaway has graduated from QUT in Brisbane.
Emily Opazo trained at Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance, Melbourne and Georgie Cooper graduated from Brent Street Studios, Sydney, danced in Israel with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, and is now dancing in London. The latest, but surely not the last, who will be in full-time training in 2018, are Elise Atkins (Jason Coleman's Ministry of Dance) and Jun Woodfield and Louie Male-Massee (Patrick Studios Australia).

Centre Stage Dance Students are not permitted to take regular classes at another dance studio.
